Version dated 17 October 2026. This describes the unpublished prototype; details of the public environment must be completed before publication.
Data controller
The Cerberox website is operated by Syntazen Srl. Cerberox is the commercial brand; Syntazen Srl is the legal entity. Piazza Statuto, 14 - 10122 Turin (TO) - Italy · VAT IT13228740018
Information and purposes
Visiting the site may generate technical data at the hosting provider, such as an IP address, request date and time, and browser details. This processing depends on the infrastructure actually used to deliver and protect the site.
The language cookie remembers your preference. Your choice about optional tools is stored so it can be respected on later visits. When you submit the Contact form, your name, email, optional organization, service and message are sent by SMTP to the dedicated mailbox to answer your request. The website does not store the form content in a database. The message remains in the mailbox; its retention period must be defined for the public service.
Visit measurement
No analytics tool is configured on this version: no measurement requests are sent. Your preference is still stored and applied if an integration is enabled without changing its purpose; material changes require a new choice. This choice is optional and can be changed through the Cookie preferences link on every page.
Basis and retention
Technical preferences provide the functions you request. Analytics, if configured, rely on your acceptance and remain disabled without consent. The language cookie lasts one year; your cookie choice expires after 180 days. The cerberox_contact session cookie protects the form from unauthorized submissions and lasts for the browser session. Its server token expires after two hours. Abuse-prevention counters use an HMAC of the IP address without storing it in plain text, and stop being used after one hour; expired records are removed on the next form request. Your browser may retain fields through its own features. Contact details are handled to respond to the person and any pre-contractual enquiry.
The hosting provider, recipients, any transfers and log retention need to be defined for the actual public environment. This unpublished version does not yet identify that environment.
Rights and requests
Where applicable, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing. You can complain to the Italian data protection authority. info@syntazen.com
