A network of relationships, not a list of devices
The email account that recovers other logins, the phone used for authentication, cloud storage shared with family or an assistant: one dependency can open many doors. We map that picture before deciding what to change.
Measures that work for the people using them
The work can cover passwords and passkeys, multi-factor authentication, recovery, separation between uses, document sharing and delegated access. Devices, home networks and connected systems can also be included where agreed.
The choices need to make sense to the people using them. Protection that is routinely bypassed because it is too difficult does not solve the problem.
Prepare for losing access
A lost or stolen device, travel, an unavailable key person and digital succession all need routes planned before an emergency. The project clarifies who can act, with what authority and through which procedures.
The engagement defines the people, accounts, devices and activities covered. It does not assume continuous on-call availability or absolute protection against every threat.
